Hillsboro, a leader in Truck Bed & Aluminum Trailer Design and Manufacturing, is looking for a reliable and self-driven individual to join our Aluminum Weld Team in Newton, Kansas. The successful applicant will be responsible for an array of tasks associated with the welding and quality assurance of Hillsboro Trailers & Truck Beds at our new Newton Facility.
Responsibilities and Duties (include, but not limited to):

• Aluminum Welding
• Inspection and Quality Assurance of finished Welds
• Production support in other areas as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Must pass an onsite aluminum weld test
• Self-Motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work within a fast-paced team environment

Work Experience

•  Minimum 1 year of experience with Steal and Aluminum welding
