ROLE
Manually move freight, stock, luggage, or other materials, or perform other general labor. Includes all manual laborers not elsewhere classified.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, by hand or using hand trucks, forklift, or other equipment.
- Read picklist or receive oral instructions to gather materials or parts and deliver to the production lines.
- Ensure all parts are correctly labeled and identified with the proper information.
- Ensuring all parts are in designated areas according to company guidelines.
- Stack materials in appropriate locations, such as inventory shelving, outdoor staging areas, and production lines.
- Assist in safely loading finished goods trailers.
- Accurately count inventory being delivered and as needed for cycle counting.
- Production support in assembly of kits, toolboxes and utility trailers as needed.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean warehouse.
QUALIFICATIONS
Forklift experience Required. Ability to read and understand job orders and packing slips. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs by hand. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated. Excellent work ethic and ability to work within a fast-paced team environment.
