Role and Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and detailed order picking, loading, and staging.
• Prepare and stage orders according to schedules.
• Load/Unload trucks by forklift.
• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, locking docks, delivery vehicles, by hand or using hand trucks, forklift, or other equipment.
• Correctly identify and sort shipments before loading and unloading.
• Production support in assembly of kits, toolboxes and utility trailers as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Must be able and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. by hand.
• Ability to read and understand job orders and packing slips.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-Motivated
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work within a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to use a wide variety of tools.
• Understand basic math concepts.
